PRIVACY NOTICE · EFFECTIVE JULY 11, 2026

The scan is local until you choose to save it.

This notice explains what Next Enterprise Associates LLC collects through anselith.com, Anselith accounts and apps, and the Anselith Inspector public beta.

1. The shortest accurate version

Inspector reads Dynamics through the session already open in your browser. Local results do not require an Anselith account and are not submitted to Anselith. A submission occurs only after you choose Save this snapshot to Anselith.

We do not sell personal information or use customer scan data for advertising.

2. Information we process

Website and product use

When analytics is configured, the site records a limited set of named events such as page, download, sign-in, and product-interest actions. Broad click autocapture and session recording are disabled in the Inspector funnel. Cloudflare and our application providers may also process IP address, browser, device, request, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and secure the service.

Account information

If you create an account, we process your email address, authentication identifiers, organization or workspace identifiers, role, session state, and the app entitlements associated with the account. Google account information is processed only when you choose Google sign-in.

Optional saved Dynamics snapshot

A saved Inspector projection can contain the selected tool-pack IDs; Dynamics organization origin; table, field, and relationship logical names; table and relationship counts; allowlisted finding types; aggregate counts and denominators; scan-completeness state; and Dynamics record GUID pointers.

The save service validates the submitted shape and constructs a new allowlisted projection for storage. It does not persist unknown fields, table display labels, or client-supplied finding labels, categories, priorities, consequences, or summaries.

The projection is designed to exclude record names, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, attachments, message bodies, and financial amounts. Record GUIDs and organization metadata can still be sensitive business identifiers and are handled as customer data.

3. Why we process it

  • Deliver the website, authentication, local-to-cloud save flow, and workspace.
  • Protect the service, investigate errors, and prevent abuse.
  • Understand whether the public beta is useful and which proposed workflows attract interest.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and security requests.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce the beta terms.

4. Session and extension storage

Anselith currently shares a JavaScript-readable authentication cookie across *.anselith.com for cross-subdomain sign-in. The extension copies the current access token into Chrome local extension storage so its background worker can authenticate an optional Save request. It removes the cached token after detecting that you signed out.

Do not use the public beta in an untrusted shared browser profile. Sign out of Anselith when finished and remove the extension if the browser profile changes hands. This design is disclosed as a current beta boundary, not represented as an HttpOnly-cookie architecture.

5. Service providers

We use service providers to operate Anselith, including Cloudflare for hosting and network delivery; Supabase for authentication and tenant-scoped data storage; Sentry for application error reporting; PostHog for defined product events when configured; Resend for authentication email; and Google when you choose Google authentication. These providers process data under their own service terms and security programs.

No real-money checkout is currently offered. If billing is later enabled, the pricing page and this notice will be updated before payment data is collected.

6. Retention and deletion

Account records and snapshots are retained while needed to operate the public beta and maintain the workspace. The beta does not yet promise an automatic deletion schedule or offer self-service account deletion. You can request deletion by email; we will delete or de-identify data unless it must be retained for security, legal, or dispute purposes.

Local scan results disappear with the Dynamics page or browser state unless you save them. Removing the extension clears its extension storage from that browser profile.

7. Your choices

  • Run Inspector locally without creating an Anselith account.
  • Do not choose Save if you do not want the minimized projection submitted.
  • Use Dynamics permissions to limit what the signed-in operator can inspect.
  • Request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information by email.
  • Remove the extension and sign out at any time.

8. Business service, security, and changes

Anselith is a business operations service and is not directed to children. We use tenant isolation, session-bound source requests, minimized submissions, and operational monitoring, but no internet service can promise absolute security. See the security page for current controls and boundaries.

We may update this notice as the beta changes. A new effective date will be posted here before materially different collection or paid billing begins.
