1. Agreement and authority
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the public beta, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter this agreement and, if using Anselith for an organization, have authority to use its Dynamics environment and submit the data you choose to save. If you do not agree, do not use the beta.
2. What the beta is
Anselith Inspector is an evaluation-stage, read-only Dynamics 365 operator toolkit. Local scans run on demand through your current browser session. The optional workspace can store a minimized snapshot after you choose Save. The beta does not include continuous monitoring, automatic record correction, guaranteed detection, a paid subscription, or a service-level agreement.
Features, checks, limits, and availability may change or be discontinued during the beta. A roadmap or interactive preview is not a commitment to deliver a feature.
3. Limited permission to use
Next Enterprise Associates LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the public beta for your own authorized business operations or, if you are a consultant, for a client environment that client has authorized you to inspect. You may not sublicense, resell, or operate Anselith as a hosted service for others. Anselith and its software, designs, methods, trademarks, and documentation remain the Company's property. No source-code license is granted.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use Inspector only with Dynamics environments and records you are authorized to access.
- Maintain the security of your browser profile, Dynamics session, Anselith account, and authentication methods.
- Review findings before changing business data or making a decision; Inspector results can be incomplete, bounded by the current session, delayed, or wrong.
- Do not upload unlawful data or content that infringes another party's rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe other tenants, introduce malicious code, or use the beta to build a competing hosted service.
5. Customer data and privacy
You retain your rights in data you are authorized to provide. You permit the Company and its service providers to process submitted data only to operate, secure, support, and improve the beta, enforce these terms, and comply with law. The privacy notice describes the local scan boundary, optional saved projection, service providers, retention, and deletion choices.
6. Third-party services
Anselith interoperates with third-party products such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, browsers, identity providers, and infrastructure services. Those products are governed by their own terms. The Company does not control their availability, behavior, licensing, or changes and is not responsible for third-party services.
7. No professional advice
Inspector provides operational signals, not accounting, legal, tax, security, or compliance advice. A finding is a prompt for an authorized operator to investigate. It is not proof that a record is wrong, that no other issue exists, or that an environment is compliant.
8. Beta disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLIC BETA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKUPS, CHANGE CONTROL, AND REVIEW OF ANY ACTION TAKEN AFTER A RESULT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT ENTERPRISE ASSOCIATES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE BETA. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE FREE BETA WILL NOT EXCEED US $100. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the beta at any time. The Company may suspend or end access to protect users or the service, address misuse, comply with law, or discontinue the beta. On termination, stop using and remove the extension. Data deletion requests are handled under the privacy notice.
11. Changes and paid service
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Materially different data use or a paid offer will be disclosed before it applies. Any future paid subscription, enterprise commitment, data-processing addendum, or service-level agreement will require separate terms or an order—not these free-beta terms alone.
