Install in four steps
About five minutes- 01
Download and extract
Save the ZIP, then extract it to a folder you will keep. The folder containing manifest.json is the extension folder.
- 02
Open browser extensions
Open chrome://extensions in Chrome or edge://extensions in Edge, then turn on Developer mode.
- 03
Load the unpacked folder
Choose Load unpacked and select the extracted extension folder. Your browser will show its normal developer-mode warning.
- 04
Choose tools and run
Open or reload your Dynamics 365 model-driven app, open Anselith Inspector, then run all five current packs or select only the operator tools you need.
Browser warning: Chrome and Edge warn when Developer mode is enabled. That warning is expected for this unpacked public beta. Anselith does not bypass or suppress it.
Open installation support →Local first means you choose the cloud boundary.
- Read-only Dynamics access
- No tenant-wide admin consent
- No Dynamics scan data is submitted until you click Save
- Runs through the signed-in Dynamics session
The optional saved projection contains the selected tool-pack IDs; Dynamics organization origin; table, field, and relationship logical names; aggregate finding counts and denominators; scan-completeness state; and record GUID pointers. The save service reconstructs that allowlisted shape instead of storing submitted JSON verbatim. It excludes table display labels, client-supplied finding prose, record names, email addresses, notes, attachments, and financial amounts.
